I’m Vanessa Santos, founder of Terra Mar Acupuncture.

My journey began with a deep love for nature and holistic healing. After graduating in Environmental Sciences, I sought a more fulfilling path—one that aligned with my values and passion for wellbeing.

That path led me to Acupuncture. Struggling with chronic insomnia, I experienced its transformative power firsthand - sleeping through the night after just a few sessions. This sparked my dedication to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), a philosophy that sees health as part of nature’s fluidity and interconnectedness.

I trained intensively for years at Acupuncture Foundation Ireland, affiliated with Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, and I’m a proud member of AFPA (Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association).
